Three ways to start, all of them free

A video call to see whether we are the right people, an hour at our showroom to see and touch, or two hours at your house with the measuring done properly. Whichever you choose, you leave with a plan and a number, not with a contract to sign that evening.

Before you book

Two things worth knowing.

We never sign at your house

A contract signed in your home is an off-premises sale under French law, with a 14-day cooling-off period and no payment for the first seven days. We visit and we measure; you sign at the showroom or with an electronic signature, from wherever in the world you happen to be.

How it works

Come with rough numbers, not a finished plan

You do not need to have decided anything. Photographs, a tape-measure sketch and an idea of what annoys you about the kitchen you have are enough for a first appointment. The plan is our job.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I just turn up at the showroom?

Please do not — you would find the door shut. The OXIA showroom is a private design studio where one household is received at a time, so everything runs by appointment. Book online, or ring 05 55 22 57 55 and we will find a slot, including in the evening or on a Saturday.

Does the appointment cost anything?

No. The video call, the hour at the showroom and the visit to your house are all free and carry no obligation, measuring included. A technical survey before ordering the supply-only option is the one exception: it is charged at a flat fee written on your estimate, and deducted if you move to a fitted kitchen.

Do I have to speak French?

No. The appointment, the plan, the specification and the quotation are all available in English, and we go through the French contract with you clause by clause before you sign anything. If you would rather have a friend or a translator on the call, that is fine too.

What do I get out of the first appointment?

A plan of the room, an honest budget bracket spoken plainly, and a clear list of what would have to happen and in what order. The firm price comes later, with the plan, as a written quotation you take home. No obligation, and no price that expires at midnight.
